Individual Therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to work in alignment with each person’s unique story and strengths. My goal is to help individuals live within their value system and feel confident in how they are interacting with the world around them. I integrate my past training in Havening Techniques® and the NeuroTriad Model® to help my clients gain emotion regulation skills and provide a framework to process stressful life experiences such as trauma, relationship ruptures, early life stress, and worries about the future.
