About

I help individuals and partners move from reactivity and disconnection toward clarity, security, and meaningful change. I believe healing happens in connection: with ourselves, with others, and within a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. I feel honored to walk alongside my clients and help them return to a path that feels grounded, connected, and secure. I take a thoughtful, collaborative, and goal-oriented approach that is grounded in the belief that every person holds the ability to create meaningful change in their lives.

I provide individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, emotional numbness, and life stressors. I am especially passionate about supporting young adults facing transitions and men exploring identity, relationships, and a deeper sense of purpose. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about who they are or where they’re headed. I use elements of neuroscience, attachment theory, and values-based therapy to support healing past emotional wounds and building resilience to new life stressors.

For couples and relationship partners, I find discussing and dissecting relationships to be enjoyable, intriguing, and amazing opportunities for healing. Relationships provide structure for tremendous personal growth but are often areas of stress and contention for partners. My goal is to help partners feels more secure, loving, intimate, and passionate about the relationships they chose to engage in.

I have been described as warm, insightful, direct, and fun. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where honesty is welcomed, and emotional safety is prioritized.

Background

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia. My previous clinical work has included community mental health clinics, private boarding schools, behavioral health hospitals, and most recently private practice. I have enjoyed working with people of differing races, ethnicities, sexual and gender orientations, religious backgrounds, and unique life experiences. I value diversity within my practice and enjoy discussing how identity and diverse backgrounds influence a person’s experience in and out of the therapeutic setting.
